Christopher Collins, Project Manager.

Mr. Collins joined PQA in May 2004 as a software systems project manager, after graduating from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, and he has been assigned to PQA's systems development team as a lead systems analyst and on-site manager for the development of emissions trading registries under the Kyoto Protocol. He is also the systems development leader for new systems supporting mobile source programs. Mr. Collins' prior experience includes two years of process and software engineering for General Electric Company, where he was a project manager and received three management awards for outstanding achievement. Mr. Collin's technical expertise encompasses a wide range of skills, including Java, Oracle and SQL server databases, web services and XML.
