PQA services are offered through flexible contracting mechanisms and procedures to meet the practical needs and requirements of our clients. In some circumstances, existing contracting options may already be available. If not, PQA will work with you to design a contract that fits your needs.
Existing Contracting Options with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
PQA currently has two multi-year Cost Plus Fixed Fee prime contracts and one multi-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity prime contract with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Air and Radiation to perform a broad range of technical and information technology support services for EPA's emissions trading, climate change, and mobile source programs. PQA is also a team member on other long term contracts supporting EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance and the Office of Air and Radiation. These contracts were established to facilitate work assignments originating from the sponsoring offices and can be used by persons in those offices who would like to contract with PQA. If you have specific and detailed technical requirements and a specific schedule for completion of your project, PQA will develop a technical and cost proposal for your review and enter into discussions with you to develop the terms of a contract that is suitable to meet your needs. If you are uncertain about the details of your requirements or the funding that will be available to you, PQA will meet with you to discuss your objectives and will develop options for different levels of assistance, which you can use as the basis for developing contract terms.
