Jay Hogan, Senior Consultant.    B.A., University of Virginia, 1994 (Psychology); M.S., University of Phoenix, 2004 (Computer Information Systems)

Mr. Hogan joined PQA in May 2008 as a contract staff employee through Eiden Systems Corporation. He is currently working as a Java developer supporting a major EPA information system reengineering initiative. Mr. Hogan is experienced in all aspects of the software development process, including business rule analysis, system design, development, testing, and quality assurance. In his previous positions, he designed and developed software applications and databases for a variety of functions. He also spent six years as a combat engineer with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Mr. Hogan's technical capabilities include Java, VB/VBA, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, XML, HTML, Subversion, Unix, and Linux.
