Jenny Abrams, Associate.    B.A., University of Rochester, 1983 (Economics and Political Science); M.B.A., University of British Columbia, 1989 (Finance/MIS)

Ms. Abrams joined PQA in December 2007 and is currently assigned as a software quality assurance specialist for projects supporting the reengineering of major EPA information systems. She has 11 years of prior professional experience, including several years as a Senior Consultant at Booz, Allen and Hamilton, where among other projects she managed a series of Superfund tasks supporting EPA's Financial Management Division and Office of Administration and Resources Management. From 1997 to 2000 she also worked as a Project Manager for the Touchstone Financial Group supporting the Government National Mortgage Association, where she helped develop a performance management system and a strategic plan and assisted with business process reengineering.
