BeckY Billingsley, Senior Associate.    B.S., College of William and Mary, 1992 (Geology); M.A., University of Virginia, 1996 (Marine Affairs)

Ms. Billingsley joined PQA in 1997 as an environmental analyst and is currently working as a senior quality assurance specialist and data analyst on air pollution regulatory information systems development. As a key member of PQA's quality assurance team, she has conducted critical testing of major PQA software releases, quality assured large, complex data sets and performed a variety of data analyses, particularly for emissions trading programs. Ms. Billingsley has also served as a technical analyst on projects involving compliance data for sector-based studies involving the iron and steel and nonferrous smelter industries.
