Steve Keach, Senior Associate.

Mr. Keach joined PQA in September 2003 as a senior environmental policy analyst. His prior experience includes nine years with EPA as a program analyst, where he worked on international, state and local comparative risk projects. He also worked for three years as a consultant on environmental issues to the Western Center for Environmental Decision Making, Science Applications International Corporation, and The Crestwood Group, and he worked for three years as a research associate for the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia, where he researched and wrote technical notes and case studies on environmental technology and sustainable business practices. At PQA, Mr. Keach has focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy and urban heat issues for EPA's climate change programs, as well as a variety of analytical projects supporting development of EPA rulemaking initiatives.
