Mr. Munzenrider joined PQA's Program Implementation Group in November 2001 as a senior specialist and technical lead in web development and design, database modeling, technical writing and training. He has contributed significantly to the development and deployment of software supporting emissions trading programs and other PQA major information systems development. Mr. Munzenrider brings to these efforts expert-level capability in ColdFusion, JavaScript, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases. Mr. Munzenrider's background includes extensive experience managing the design and development of websites and web database applications. He holds an Allaire ColdFusion Developer Certification.
